Butt Weld Pipe Fittings

Flowline Fittings manufactures ASME/ANSI B16.9 seamless and welded butt weld pipe fittings for high-pressure and high-performance applications. Our elbows, tees, reducers, and caps are precision-formed from carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and specialty metals to meet industry standards. Socket Weld Pipe Fittings

Our socket weld fittings, produced to ANSI B16.11 standards, are engineered for tight, leak-proof connections in high-pressure piping systems. Forgings

Flowline produces high-integrity custom forgings for use in defense, energy, and industrial markets. With in-house hot forming, CNC machining, and heat treating capabilities, we deliver forged components that meet or exceed MIL-Spec, ASTM, and ASME standards. Each forging undergoes full NDT testing and dimensional inspection for mission-critical assurance.

Flanges

We manufacture ANSI B16.5 flanges as well as custom designs to support demanding systems in nuclear, military, and commercial industries. Available in slip-on, weld neck, blind, and threaded styles, our flanges are made from high-grade stainless, carbon, alloy, and nickel materials.
